SEDAR – System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval
The System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) is a filing system developed to enable the public dissemination of Canadian securities information collected in the securities filing process and provide electronic communication between electronic filers, agents and the Canadian securities regulatory agencies. On SEDAR, investors and other authorized users can find and retrieve public company profiles and SEDAR public securities filings and information from the SEDAR filing system.
